Yes, I’m taking it back, wwwaaaaaayyyy back. These photos are from last fall (ahhhh I know, I know).

We tried many of these for their holiday card family photo…of course their dog Bam didn’t want to cooperate. What did we do before photoshop?…
During my February trip to Colorado, my cousin Meghan was in town from California with her new baby. I had a chance to visit with them and of course do a photo shoot of sweet Anabelle. Take a look at her eyes, they’re so big and gorgeous.
This is one of my favorites places to photograph people – Eldorado Springs, Colorado. Probably because it was just 10 minutes from our house in Golden.
This is Amanda & James. We did their engagement portrait in February…I know, it’s almost May!!! My poor blog, I emotionally abuse you. A friend of mine once told her blog: “if you were a plant, you’d be dead”. I promise to water you from now on!
Amanda & James will be married May 30th at Arrowhead Golf Club in Colorado…I can’t wait to be back! Look for their photos soon…
Yes, it’s true, I am opening my studio in Wilmette, IL this month! It should be ready for visitors in the next two weeks.
Wilmette is along the North Shore just North of Chicago. It’s a beautiful quaint town and I’m really happy to be a part of it. The studio is located at the Southeast corner of Lake & Green Bay…1409 Lake Avenue, Wilmette, IL 60091.
There’s been alot of work going on to make it exactly what I want…so I don’t have final pictures yet. But here are a few of the showroom to wet the palette:
In the back is a fabulous girly dressing room for my boudoir photography as well as my private shooting areas.
It has been alot of work – the walls used to be a pumpkiny mustardy color with carpet. Obviously you can see the carpet is gone and the walls are now pure bright white! I love it – it’s so clean and stunning – just like a gallery instead of an insurance office!
I can’t wait to upload more pictures in a few weeks once it’s all complete.
